Welcome to mpo07. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and mpo07 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the mpo07 website located at https://mpo07.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register an account and use the mpo07 Service:

• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and each time you access the Service.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including but not limited to:

• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Residential address within Indonesia
• Preferred login username and secure password

You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any account balance.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one account on mpo07. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances, winnings, and bonuses. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action when discovered.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpo07 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account details)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. All verification documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify mpo07 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Account Access Restrictions

You agree that you will access your mpo07 account exclusively in person and will not allow any other person, including family members, friends, or associates, to use your account for any purpose. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Service is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

mpo07 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using unauthorized payment methods or conducting transactions on behalf of third parties
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or other forms of cheating
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
• Extended account inactivity (no login activity for 12 consecutive months)

Upon account termination for cause, mpo07 reserves the right to void all pending bets, withhold account balances, confiscate bonuses, and pursue legal action where appropriate. In cases of voluntary account closure or suspension not related to Terms violations, remaining account balances will be returned to you following completion of any necessary verification procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo07 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved payment channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri)
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, and GoPay

All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Using payment methods registered to another person, including family members, friends, or business associates, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum single deposit limits depend on your account verification status and payment method capacity. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets typically process within 3-15 minutes. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for deposit transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification (required for first withdrawal)
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier (standard, VIP levels)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that you have previously used to make a deposit

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting withdrawal of those funds (regardless of win or loss outcomes). mpo07 reserves the right to request additional documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions, unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, or any activity that raises AML concerns. We may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

mpo07 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification, meet minimum deposit requirements, and have not previously abused promotional offers.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) before associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 100 wagered = Rp 100 toward wagering)

5.3 Bonus Terms and Restrictions

You are responsible for reading and understanding all terms before accepting any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

mpo07 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, using bugs or errors to gain unfair advantage, or any other activity we determine in good faith to constitute abuse.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the mpo07 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by mpo07, game providers, or players. We work exclusively with licensed, reputable game providers whose RNG systems undergo regular independent auditing.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. mpo07 is not responsible for errors you make when placing bets. In cases of obvious technical errors (such as display of incorrect odds due to system malfunction), mpo07 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Maximum bet sizes, maximum payout limits, and game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market. Violating maximum bet restrictions, especially while a bonus is active, may result in bet voidance and forfeiture of winnings.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football betting (bandar bola), Asian handicap (voor bola), accumulator bets (mix parlay), and other sports wagering:

• All bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise bets are void
• For live (in-play) betting, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may result in bet voidance at mpo07's discretion

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered to other persons
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or conducting transactions on behalf of third parties
• Colluding with other players, sharing information to gain unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of cheating
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access the Service or place bets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other risk-free betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or customer service staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service
• Circumventing account restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the mpo07 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of mpo07 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from mpo07.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While mpo07 strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or operate without errors. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. mpo07 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, delays, or unavailability.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. mpo07 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo07 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other commercial damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if mpo07 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall mpo07's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction through our internal dispute resolution process, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services, without regard to conflict of law principles.
